A special feature of Qaumi Madrasa is the Lillah Boarding Management. The word Lillah means for the sake of Allah/for the sake of Allah. Boarding means accommodation. Generally,Lillah Boarding refers to the management of boarding, treatment, and housing to facilitate the religious education of the poor, helpless, orphans and poor people of the society with the aim of pleasing Allah.

Since its inception, Hili Madrasa has been providing Lillah Boarding services for 63 years to facilitate religious education for the orphans and helpless children of the society. At present 500 students are receiving free meals under Lillah Boarding. which is increasing. Hili Madrasah provides this Lillah boarding service based on Zakat, Fitra, Ushar, and voluntary contributions of the wealthy, pious people of the society.
